Is there a physical store?
No, we are a wholesaler. We have however showrooms in Rijnsburg (NL) and in Idstein (DE) that are accessible to retailers.
Are all items present in the web shop available from stock?
No, we mainly sell via presale. The presale takes place within a certain period. In case you need something at short notice, please ask your sales contact person which items are in stock.
Is there a paper catalogue?
We have a printed version of a brochure with atmospheric pictures. The catalogue can be downloaded. If you still need a paper catalogue, please ask your sales contact person about the possibilities.

The order is not yet complete, can a partial delivery take place?
Your order can be delivered in several batches; resulting additional transport costs may possibly be billed.

Can I still change my order?
Orders from stock can be modified as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched. Orders via presale can be modified within the presale period.

Where and how will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered at the in advance agreed delivery address. In most cases the goods will be delivered on pallets by our logistics partners.
